Hello, I'm Claudia and welcome!

I opened Health Foods by Claudia in 1990, but my vision to share my knowledge with others about health and wellness began many years before. Many people ask how I got started and I always give credit to my mother because of her simple, good wisdom; she raised her children to always remember the quality of food we eat matters, and to support our own good health... first and foremost.

Because of my mother’s influence, I was thirsty to learn more about natural health and it became my passion. From the ages of 16 to 30, I worked at a local health food store, learning about herbs and vitamins. I witnessed firsthand the power of natural healing in thousands of people. With over 40 years of experience, I am grateful to share my knowledge and experience with you, and hope you embrace your learning as a life-long journey as well. Along with my husband and sons, we are family-owned and operated. We are proud to serve our community as a learning environment for those who strive to empower themselves in the healing arts of natural health and wellness.
