Your lymphatic system is a very important system in the human body. We educate on it daily at the store because so many people come to us lymphatically congested and dealing with chronic throat, sinus and ear congestion/issues. The lymph system works directly with the immune system and if one is not happy, then neither of them are.
The lymphatic system is really the sewer system of the human body and assists the immune system by moving toxins out of the body which is really important! Imagine if the city sewer systems were backed up even for a day…it would quickly become a problem allowing sewage to sit stagnate, back up and rot (not to mention stink!). So keeping your lymph moving forward is really a wise thing to do and your immune system will thank you!
