Stay Focused on the Light!

I have great respect for individuals that have gone through adversity in their Life but yet find the courage and strength to move forward with Love in their Heart and Faith in their Soul. Instead of allowing their Heart to be dragged into anger and resentment, they make a choice to stay focused in the Light and live with Loving intention for themselves and others…and that inspires me deeply.

They are a reminder that when we keep our Hearts open and stay focused on the Light, especially during times of duress, that will always be our greatest power in this earthly world…for all of us. Peace.

Probiotics Are Essential for Human Health!

Probiotics are essential for human health and without them, havoc ensues in our inner world.
I’ve been saying for years and I’m sticking to it…that millions of Americans are extremely deficient in them because of the American diet, chronic use of antibiotics, man-made estrogen and the big reason…back in the 60’s many women were told they didn’t need to nurse their babies; that soy formula was all they needed…which wasn’t true and has been devastating human health ever since. Remember, the flora has to be passed generation to generation and when those Mom’s didn’t breastfeed, it has negatively effected every generation since.
Sadly, we’re seeing the end result of this on a daily basis in babies and small children; many baby girls are dealing with chronic yeast/urinary infections (some are only two months old) and in baby boys we’re seeing chronic skin infections, eczema and psoriasis, in two month old’s as well. Many children are dealing with esophageal burn (heartburn), asthma, brain fog, mood swings, anxiety, chronic ear infections and a host of other symptoms that years ago, we only saw in adults and I have to tell you…it’s very sad indeed that many of our babies are plagued with health issues at such a young age.
Taking good quality probiotics every day is important because they empower the digestive system, protect the immune system, nourish the brain and play a role with the endocrine system too. The good flora are essential for quality human health and when there’s not enough of them in our internal world, the bad guys (fungus, bacteria, parasites and viruses) take over and cause total havoc with our health. So do yourself a favor and make probiotics part of your daily “good health” protocol and you’ll be glad you did. Peace.
