Positive Change for Ourselves

It seems these days every one new coming through our doors has a serious imbalance…an array of autoimmune issues, cancers of all kinds and a myriad of other imbalances as well. I’m truly grateful they come to us and seeking a new perspective for their health and open Hearted to having a different conversation. It’s a beautiful thing and I respect it immensely.
It’s fair to say that modern conveniences have brought modern toxins and honestly…how could they not. At this point with our knowledge about toxins, anyone that says they’re not an issue for the body to handle really doesn’t have the best interest of the people at Heart because it’s become obvious that our bodies are struggling with it all. The industrial boom advanced the world in amazing ways, but we are dealing with toxins that our pre-industrial ancestors did not have. Don’t get me wrong…they had their own health challenges which weren’t easy either but in the 21st century we’re exposed to toxins the world has never experienced…and neither has our health. So, if we really want to be honest about health vs disease in this country…we need to be realistic about daily toxins and stop pretending they’re not impacting us, as allopathic medicine would have us believe. The best we can do at this point is learn where they’re coming from, how we can reduce them starting in our own home and learn the many powerful tools Nature offers us that helps our body deal with them. Currently there are over eighty thousand derivatives from petroleum that Americans are unknowingly eating, drinking, putting on their body, cleaning their homes with and killing all kinds of “pests” with. Along with a degraded food supply, radiation from EMF’s, genetic manipulation of food and heavy metals…it’s no wonder we’re seeing what we’re seeing.
We can each make the effort to make a positive change each day for ourselves and our Loved ones.
Baby steps…individually and collectively…that’s our power…always has been and always will be. Peace.
