A Balanced Gut Can Have A Positive Impact On Your Overall Health!

I’m a fan of eating according to ones blood type because after actively guiding our customers to the protocol for about twenty years now, it may not be perfect but it’s pretty darn close. What I’ve witnessed is that if an individual follows it properly, it helps balance their gut which means improvement to their overall health…pretty darn well.
O blood type is the original blood type of the hunter/gatherer and O’s generally feel better when meat is a part of their diet; clean meat of course. A’s however are considered the natural vegetarian and tend to do well without meat and especially without red meat. But O’s most often feel their best when eating meat and when they don’t, it seems to take about two years before it really begins to take its toll and when it does, the results can be very compromising. In fact in the last several months and too my surprise, four longtime vegans told me they put meat back into their diet and feeling much better again. I honor them for listening to their body instead of to others claiming plant based is best for everyone, which simply is not true.
I respect the intention of those proposing no one should eat meat because it’s true to say the confined animal farms are disgusting and a serious problem…for the animals, the environment and the people eating the toxic meat coming from them, but to say that no one is meant to eat meat simply is not true. When meat eaters choose to support local family farms raising meat ethically and with care, it can make all the difference for a persons health and for the family farms raising it.
When it comes to human health, one size fits all doesn’t work; we are all biochemically unique and that’s a beautiful thing to honor. Embrace your health and know that no one knows what best for you better than yourself. Peace.

Your Home Is A Powerful Place To Make Positive Changes!

Lately we’ve had an increase of people coming in with headaches and some with burning nostrils.
Given the challenges we’ve faced over the last year it seems more people are burning candles in their home because of the ambiance and emotional comfort they create but unbeknownst to most, paraffin and synthetic fragrances are derived from petroleum and the off-gassing is very compromising to human health and animals as well. Anymore, when customers express these symptoms, my first question is to ask if they are burning candles in their home and more often than not the answer has been yes.
There are over 80,000 chemicals, solvents and every day products produced from petroleum and for the last thirty years, educating others on these toxins has been important to me because of the devastating impact they have on human health. The truth is that these toxins are everywhere and even though we can’t avoid them in the outside world, we can make simple choices within our own home to greatly reduce our exposure and that’s where our greatest power lies.
Simply put (because this is a two hour class I give)…petro-derivatives produce estrogen-mimicking molecules and our body uptakes them readily so everyone is being exposed to, too much estrogen leading to total havoc to our endocrine system, the system that produces hormones meant to regulate our body. When the endocrine system is imbalanced, biochemical chaos unfolds and the end result is much of what we’re witnessing these days…high estrogenic cancer rates including men developing breast cancer, headaches, mood swings, depression, anxiety, infertility, sterility, abnormal cycles, young boys developing breasts, young girls developing too soon, weakened bones and a host of other imbalances as well…the list is long.
Making baby steps in your home is a powerful place to begin and getting rid of paraffin based candles and all products with synthetic fragrances (perfume, cologne, dryer sheets, plug-ins, air fresheners) is a simple place to start.
Disease doesn’t just happen…it’s being fed and when open our heart to learn then take action to make positive change, good health will follow. Peace.

The Importance of Developing A Relationship With Your State Legislator

I’m meeting with a State Rep today and always grateful to live in a country that allows me and every citizen to have a voice…if we’re willing to use it. I’ve lobbied for many years on behalf of health freedom issues and thankful to be able to share my thoughts with the people that represent me and make decisions that affect my Life.
Developing a relationship with our legislators, both state and federal is one of the most important and powerful things “we the people” can do; it gives us a voice, let’s them know we care and most importantly that we’re paying attention. Unfortunately, not enough Americans understand the importance of that and sadly, most people don’t even know who their legislators are.
Protecting our individual liberties takes dedication and just like taking care of our own personal health…it’s a big commitment to make but one definitely worth making. Honestly, it’s all what we chose to prioritize in Life. I will always prioritize my God-given sovereign right to be healthy and Free, for my family and yours too. Peace.
